RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Any unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags can be return or exchange within 10 Days of Purchase
- Once we receive the product, the refund would take up to 7 working days to reach the customer
- Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards, we do not accept returns or exchange of Undergarments (Vests, Underwear and Thermals) unless they are faulty or defected
- Please return goods with the Return Form and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the return products.
- All returns should be sent to P-417, Nisar Colony, Faisalabad, Pakistan.
